IF YOU KNOW THE PIER 70 AREA, YOU’LL BE SURPRISED AT ALL THE CHANGES THAT ARE HAPPENING. THE BIG RE-DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IS WELL UNDER WAY, AND ACCESS TO THE NOONAN BUILDING IS NOW VIA 22ND STREET. MUCH HAS CHANGED, BUT OUR BUILDING IS STILL THERE FOR THE TIME BEING.
